It is said that we learn from our mistakes, but........ I think this
poem speaks for itself.
Matthew 11.29
A parents cry
-
Child I would spare you,
The misery of your mistakes.
And when you wont listen,
Oh how my heart aches.
-
If only you didn't,
Try to go your own way.
But took my advice,
And followed what I say.
-
But how I am pleased
When you do what is right.
It makes me so happy,
When you don't fight.
-
Is this a measure,
Of how the Lord feels?
When we do His bidding,
To His will, our heart yields.
-
It's all In the Bible,
Laid down for you to see.
Don't make the mistakes that I did child.
You know It doesn't have to be.
