The magnitude of what God's done,
In sacrificing His only Son,
Put quite plainly I know I find.
It almost blows my mind.

Sometimes I think I see quite plain,
But then in awe I stand again,
Humbly at the cross of pain.
It almost blows my mind.

Before I was He knew me well,
And so to you I have to tell,
You see, He could the cross foretell.
It almost blows my mind.

He did not flinch, or turn away,
Face set like flint the price to pay,
My ransom in full upon that day.
It almost blows my mind.

Dear Lord it does not seem enough,
The little that I give to you.
More than I have you don't demand,
It almost blows my mind.

Dear friend if you never gave a thought,
To what Jesus did, well then you ought.
Give Him your all, deny Him nought.
It will almost blow your mind.
