Without communication we would not be happy. God made us to communicate
with him.
God was walking in the garden in the cool of the morning looking for
Adam to have a chat. Genesis 2:8.
Prayer

If you want to get to know someone, you've got to communicate.
You tell them things about yourself, you otherwise would not relate.
You tell them how you like yoghurt, but simply loathe cream cheese.
And how the thought of marzipan, makes you weak at the knees.

Then there are those times when you do not need to speak.
And just being there and listening is all you need to seek.
You'd think it would be easier for a parent and a child.
Well it is if the kids are robots, and don't do anything wild.

You know to find your way in life you need to communicate.
So take things to the Lord in prayer, remember it's never to late.
Sometimes, when you pray it seems as though you can't get through.
But you know the Lord is always there, so it must be down to you
To live you have to breathe.
Prayer is the breath of the soul.
He hears you.
